A: We do it
all. Literally... Even if we have never done it before we will still
make sure the right people are doing it. This is an integral part of
the Protractors vision. For instance... We may not have the best
experience building stone walls but we have an alliance that is
absolutely outstanding at the task. We use our alliances to stay
competitive.
Q: Do you
service my area?
A: We have some services that are limited to specific geographical
regions of New Hampshire. Other services are offered throughout the
entire State. Most pages will indicate if there is a special coverage
area. When in doubt give us a shout.
Q: Are you
licensed?
A: We are not required to have a license for contracting in general.
There are specific services that do require a license. If we directly
perform the service we will be licensed for that service. If we are not
licensed we will sub-contract licensed vendors for the service.
Note: Any electrical service whatsoever is required to be performed by
a licensed entity.
Q: Are you
insured?
A: We are insured. We carry all required insurance and all of our
sub-contractors are required to carry current insurance. We require all
sub-contractors to release our customers of liability as well.
Q: Does your
tree service have certified arborists?
A: Our tree service is a sub-contracted service. The sub-contractor
does have a certified arborist on their team. He is not a registered
arborist since NH repealed these laws. Today registering is optional.
Keep in mind the crew this sub-contractor uses is 3rd & 4th
generation tree experts. No big company can even compare to our
unprecedented expertise.
Q: Do you do
custom deck design?
A: We do! However, we are not licensed engineers. Our special software
is very high quality and it will generate the files required to simply
give an email attachment or file disk to our or your architect for
approvals. We will work with you throughout the design process and you
will see a near photo realistic, infinite angle, view of your project.
Details right down to the grain.
Q: Are you a
member of the Better Business Bureau?
A: We are! Please feel free to check us out. Use this link
www.bbb.com.
Q: Where can we
leave you a reference?
A: We ask that you use Contractors.com to leave a review because they
are well know and they verify everything. We also accept reviews at any
of the directories we are located on. Look below to see a banner for
