Always check the credentials of your prospective contractor. Ask about insurance and ask to see photos of work. You are responsible for verifying the information your contractor gives you. It only takes a few minutes and you will know what you are getting. Never haggle for cheap when investing in your home. Cheap is exactly that... CHEAP.
