You will be required to have the following in place prior to execution of any agreements with us;

you must have an entity formed as LLC., LLP, (S)Corp. or (C)Corp. Sole proprietorships are not eligible. We can assist you if needed.
you must be properly insured. This means you need Liability, W/C, Vehicle and any other required insurances. Yes even single member LLC's need W/C. It protects you.
If you are an employer you must meet all requirements for your business.
you must be prepared to invest in your company.
you will need to know if you want to promote / use our logos / trademarks as your main branding or secondary.
